Training Facility
Built on the lower slopes of Mount Haleakala, Wailea Golf Club's 12-acre
training facility consists of two putting and chipping areas, fairway
and greenside practice bunkers, and a driving range sporting two sets of
tee boxes and three built-in target greens with pins and traps. The
attention to detail at the facility is remarkable; even the grasses are
identical to those on the golf courses, creating an almost perfect
simulation of actual course conditions. Golfers may use the training
facility to warm up or take lessons from one of Wailea's
PGA professionals. It is also available for unique private parties
and events.
Other Services
Two clubhouses, pro shops, lockers, restaurants, rental clubs,
rental shoes, lessons, club repair, club storage. Special group rates

Dress Code
Men: collared golf shirt, and shorts or slacks. No T-shirts, tank tops,
jeans, cut-offs, jogging shorts or swimwear. Women: golf shirt or blouse
of a style appropriate to golf, and shorts, skirt, culottes or slacks.
Please, no tank tops, halter tops, exercise wear, jeans, jogging shorts
or swimwear. Sleeveless golf shirts are permitted. Footwear: Golf shoes
with soft spikes are required; metal spikes are not allowed. However,
covered athletic shoes with soles that do not cause undue damage to our
courses are acceptable. Please, no soccer shoes or other footwear with
soles that can damage our courses. |
